Stir-fried Sweet Beans with Pork Knuckle Slices

Heat the pork knuckle, slice it, put about 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan, put the pork knuckle slices in the pan and sauté, without washing the pan, leave the oil at the bottom of the pan;

Cut the chili into circles and mince the garlic, put the garlic into the pot, and put a few circles of chili into the pot (don't put all the chili) until fragrant;

Pour snow peas, fold a few times, add the remaining chili, add 1/2 teaspoon of refined salt, 1/8 teaspoon of caster sugar, sprinkle about 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and spread evenly;

Pour in pork knuckle slices, add cooking wine, stir fry a few times to get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Pork knuckle slices are more fragrant after bursting, you can also stir a small amount of oil out;
2. Don't over-fry snow peas.
