Stir-fried Vegetable Moss with Oil Residue

Pick and wash the vegetable moss, boil a pot of boiling water, add a little salt after the water is boiled, add the vegetable moss to blanch water, do not blanch it for more than half a minute, just blanch it and remove it.

The blanched vegetable moss is too cold water, so that the finished vegetable will be very green.
