Stomach and Cold Ginger and Jujube Ointment
1.
Wash small yellow ginger and red dates and soak in light salt water.
2.
Peel and chop ginger for later use.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water and boil the red dates for 15 minutes, sift the jujube while it is hot, and set aside. The water used for boiled dates is reserved.
4.
Wash the wolfberry and soak it with appropriate amount of warm water.
5.
Add the ginger and the jujube-boiled water to the food processor to beat the ginger. (The thinner the better, I hit it four times)
6.
Sift the ginger paste to get the ginger juice.
7.
The sesame seeds and the wolfberry are crushed, and the jujube puree and brown sugar are added to the ginger juice. Mix well.
8.
Slowly cook on the lowest heat, stirring constantly in the middle to prevent paste and stick in the pan.
9.
Cook until thick. I cooked for an hour. Generally, the thicker it is, the longer it will stay.
10.
Keep it cool and bottle it and send it to the refrigerator for storage.
Tips:
The ginger and jujube cream is suitable for taking in the morning and not at night.
