Strawberry Black Forest Cake

1. Prepare an 8-inch square chiffon cake, use a bread blade to cut into 2 cake slices of the same thickness

2. Pour the whipped cream into a clean basin and add fine sugar. Put a basin of ice water under the basin. Beat with a whisk at medium speed over ice water.

3. Beat at medium speed until lines appear, then turn to low speed until hard cream.

4. Take a piece of cake and place it on the cardboard. Spread a layer of cream on the cake with a spatula

6. Wash the strawberries, cut into small cubes, and sprinkle on the cream

Tips:

Whipped cream can be sent a little faster through ice water. Strawberries can also be changed as you like.
