Chicken Chop Biscuits is a street snack that I often ate when I was a student. This time I reproduced this delicacy at home. I added the pickled cucumber, which I like, and it has a different flavor.

5. Add salt, mix well, cool for later use

6. The dough is doubled, and the fingers will not shrink when dipped in the powder and poke the hole

7. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, spread it with cold pastry, and roll it up

8. Divide equally into 6 doses, pinch the incision

9. Roll the dough into an oval shape

10. Fold up and down to one-third of each

12. Take a dough and roll it out again

19. Pickled cucumber slices

20. Cut the biscuits in the middle, put in your favorite lettuce, chicken chop, pickles.

Tips:

The amount of shortbread is large, you can save it for another minute in a pan for baking next time. The baking time and temperature are subject to your own oven.
