Summer Light Food Series-olive Oil Italian Clam Shell Powder Salad

A small bowl of Italian clam shell powder, 3 honey-flavored crispy sausage, 10 cherry tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar, appropriate amount of ground pepper, and mint leaves.

First cut the crispy sausage into thin slices.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.

Boil the water in a pot, then add the clam shell powder. After boiling, turn off the heat, do not open the lid, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain the cooked clam shell powder out of water, let it cool, and heat the pan, then add the crispy intestine slices and bake with heat.

Bake the crispy intestines to a little brown, then turn off the heat and let cool.

Pour the crispy intestines and cherry tomatoes into the cold clam shell powder.

Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar.

Tips:
Bake the crispy intestines, remember that you don’t need to add oil for this step.
