Sweet and Mellow---loquat Syrup

Peel the fresh loquat, cut in half and remove the core.

Put the loquat in a pot with appropriate amount of water and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Add rock sugar and turn to low heat, then cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.

Like soup, sugar water has nourishing and health-preserving effects. There are many materials that can be used as syrup materials. Different materials have different effects. Some are cool and some are hot and dry. We need to match different auxiliary materials according to different main materials to achieve complementary effects.
