Sweet and Silky ❗️korean Pumpkin Porridge

Pumpkin 🎃 peeled and sliced and steamed in a steamer

Put the steamed pumpkin ➕ milk in the food processor, or use a cooking stick

Mashed pumpkin

Glutinous rice flour ➕ water, stir well, pour into the milk pot and stir well, then pour the pumpkin puree, boil on high heat, turn to low heat ➕ rock sugar and stir while boiling

Cook until thick
Tips:
After the pumpkin soup is boiled, turn to low heat, and stir while cooking to avoid muddy bottom.
Just cook to the consistency you like!
If the pumpkin is sweet enough, or don’t like sweetness, don’t add rock sugar
