Sweet and Sour Appetizer~tomato Snail Powder

Chop the green onions and separate the white and green onions.

Peel the tomatoes. Lightly draw a cross, scald it with boiling water, remove the cold water, and the skin can be peeled off easily. After peeling, cut into small pieces for later use.

Dry rice noodles in a pot under cold water, cook for 10 minutes, remove the cold water. (It doesn't matter if the water is not completely softened or the water is overcooked, it will continue to be heated later)

Add the right amount of water, add the soup bag, rice noodles and all the side dishes, as appropriate, add spicy oil and vinegar (the tomato itself already has a certain sourness).

Tips:
The tomato itself has a certain sour taste, so the sour vinegar bag should be added as appropriate. You can taste it first, and add it when it is not enough. Chili oil and chopped green onion are also based on personal preference, so you can skip it if you can't eat them.
