When I first learned to cook, my colleague taught steamed octopus. The fishy smell filled the entire floor, even the tender meat smell could not hide it. I never did it again. When he met him, he liked to eat things with sweet and sour taste, especially spicy king's sweet and sour octopus, which he could not forget. I just learned it. I don’t have the tenacity of the sweet and sour hairtail in restaurants, but I want to be full of love^_^"

Sweet and Sour Hairtail

1. For the raw material map, I took less eggs, ketchup, cooking wine, and pepper.

2. Remove the internal organs and clean the white skin of the hairtail. Cut into sections and add: cooking wine, pepper, and ginger for 10 minutes.

3. 3 tablespoons of flour or starch, add eggs, and stir clockwise.

4. Soak up the hairtail with kitchen paper and wrap it in the prepared egg liquid.

5. Use proper amount of oil in the wok, (I don’t like to eat fried food, so put less oil and turn it more frequently.) Bring to 50% heat, add the octopus, fry, and be careful when turning it, otherwise it will be scattered. .

6. The fried octopus is set aside from the pan. Add a small amount of cooking oil to the wok, add ginger and garlic froth, tomato sauce, add water, and add the fried octopus for a while.

7. After the juice in the pot is collected, lift the pot and put it on the plate.
