Sweet and Sweet Wine Stuffed Dumplings
1.
Prepare materials! Distilled spirits are commercially available.
2.
Add a small half pot of water to a non-stick pan. After it is boiled over high heat, add the dumplings. Use a spatula to walk along the bottom of the pot a few times to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the bottom. Cover the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes on high heat.
3.
Cook until the glutinous rice balls float slightly, and add all the fermented rice.
4.
Use a spatula to crush the fermented rice. Continue to reduce heat and cook for 1-2 minutes.
5.
After boiling, add a spoonful of sugar for sweetness. If you think it's sweet enough, you don't need to add sugar!
6.
Cook it, turn off the heat, put it in a bowl, and start!
Tips:
1. Depending on personal preference, you can add more fermented rice.
2. Sugar can be added or not, depending on personal taste.
