Sweet Potato and Red Bean Horseshoe Cake
1.
Prepare the ingredients
2.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into small pieces and steam them
3.
Add horseshoe powder to water and stir evenly, sieve twice and divide into 2 equal parts
4.
Add 55 grams of steamed sweet potatoes to 1 portion, and stir evenly in a food processor
5.
Add 55 grams of red bean paste to another 1 portion, mix well
6.
Heat over water to half-cooked, thicker paste
7.
Put one kind of batter in a mold first, steam it to 8 maturity, then put another kind of batter, and steam it. The big mold can be steamed and cut. The small mold takes about 5 or 6 minutes.
Tips:
1. Remember, you must let it cool before unmolding, otherwise it will stick to your hands. It will not stick to your hands after it is completely cold, and it will be more crispy after refrigeration.
2. Because the red bean paste has particles and relatively high content, the noodles are a bit wrinkled. If you mind, you can also use a cooking machine to stir evenly and it will be fine.
3. No extra sugar is added, the taste is relatively light, you can add extra sugar yourself, or pour syrup to eat
4. If you don't use water instead of milk, the flavor will be stronger
5. There is no limit to the steaming container, how convenient it is, just don’t make it too thick, the steaming time will be longer, and finally let it cool and cut into pieces
