Taiwanese Meat Dumpling Congee with Bamboo Sun Egg

Ingredients: 2 Taiwanese meat dumplings, 15 grams of bamboo fungus eggs, appropriate amount of water, and a little chopped green onion.

Soak the bamboo fungus eggs with an appropriate amount of water until the hair rises.

Wash and cut into small dices.

Zongzi go to leaves.

Break apart.

Put it in a rice cooker, add bamboo fungus eggs and water.

Close the lid and set it to cook porridge. The default cooking time is 1 and a half hours.

The porridge is over.

Remove the lid and stir evenly along the bottom with a spoon.

Serve out, sprinkle chopped green onion, and serve while hot.
Tips:
Bamboo fungus eggs can be replaced by bamboo fungus or other fungi.
Fresh and dried mushroom ingredients can be used. Dried mushrooms need to be soaked before use.
The cooking time should be increased or decreased according to the cooking time of the added ingredients.
