Teach You to Make Wine
1.
Wash the grapes and drain the water.
2.
Put it in a container and crush it.
3.
Sprinkle white sugar on top (the ratio of grape to sugar is 10:3). Finally, the grapes are sealed (note: leave one-third of the space for it to generate gas).
4.
Twenty-four hours after the grapes are fermented, open the lid and stir with clean chopsticks.
5.
There are a lot of bubbles at this time, you don't have to worry about the grapes fermenting. It takes a week to stir this way, stirring it every day, so that no mold will grow on it. The second is to make the floating grapes fully ferment.
6.
This is a one-week fermentation of grapes, and the fermentation has turned to a flat period.
7.
Prepare another container and wipe it clean without moisture.
8.
Strain the grape skins with gauze, leave the juices and peel them.
9.
Pour it into a container, seal it, and ferment for another week.
10.
Make the prepared multi-layer gauze into a small pocket, and filter the wine again.
11.
If you want to make it clearer, like real dry red, you must prepare egg whites.
12.
Beat it into foam and put it in the wine.
13.
Then put the wine in a container and continue to ferment for two weeks before drinking it.
