The Collision of Black and White: Wild Blueberry Juice Yogurt
1.
Ingredients: 200 grams of commercially available strawberry fruit yogurt, 40 ml of wild blueberry juice, and 30 grams of frozen blueberry fruit.
2.
Remove the packaging of commercially available yogurt and pour it into a large bowl.
3.
Add half-thawed frozen blueberry diced fruit.
4.
Scratch at will, so that the blueberry berries are roughly evenly distributed in the yogurt, and drag the white yogurt with purple-red scratches.
5.
Use a spoon to scoop the yogurt together with the fruit pieces into the cup, and fill it to two-thirds full.
6.
Then pour in the wild blueberry juice, drain it with a spoon, and let the blueberry juice flow slowly along the inner wall of the cup until the cup is full.
7.
The blueberry juice and the yogurt form two separate layers that do not interfere with each other.
Tips:
Strawberry berry yogurt can be replaced with other flavors of yogurt.
Frozen blueberry pieces can also be replaced with dried fruits.
The dosage can be adjusted at will.
