The Delicious Tofu is So Delicious! Yunnan Snacks! Simple and Fast!

Prepare a small bowl, add water, salt, and baking soda, and stir well.

Cut the tofu into cubes, pour in the adjusted salt water, and leave the tofu in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Use kitchen paper to soak up the tofu.

Put it in an air fryer and fry at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.

In the process of frying, gently flip the bottom of the tofu from time to time to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan. Turn over and continue frying after seeing the skin.

Tips:
1. The salt is added to get rid of the beany taste.
2. If you don't have an air fryer, you can use a non-stick pan on low heat or bake it in the oven. Note that it is best not to fry, because the tofu is tender and will fall off after frying.
3. The air fryer adjusts the temperature and time appropriately according to the characteristics of its own brand.
