Put the ingredients into a large basin according to the recipe, and pour in the remaining milk after stirring.

Stir until there is no dry powder, and steam for about 20 minutes. While steaming, I also steamed the pumpkin and purple sweet potato in the pot without taking photos.

After steaming, cover and let cool. While I am waiting, I will make purple sweet potato filling. The purple sweet potato is pureed with a food processor. The hardness is just right. I don't need to fry it in the wok anymore. I just add sugar and oil, and scrape it with a spatula. (The amount of sugar and oil is based on personal taste. This one is cooked and you can taste it.)

I took another little glutinous rice flour and put it in the microwave oven. I bite it for 2.5 minutes. Cake (hand) flour, used for demoulding.

Tips:
1. Add a little bit of oil and sugar to the filling of purple sweet potato. Don't add too much oil. Add or subtract sugar according to personal preference.
2. For cooked things, pay attention to hygiene during the production process.
3. After making it, put it in the refrigerator for better taste.
4. I used crystal shrimp powder instead of the orange powder in the formula. If not, I can use orange powder instead.
5. My purple sweet potato filling is 16 grams, and the cake crust is about 24 grams. The total is about 40 grams. The moon cakes are relatively small and the movements are slow. Later, I increased the amount of the cake crust to make the package faster.
