Chop wild sea prawns and black pork belly, add oil, salt, white pepper, and mirin and stir well. You don't need to put too much salt, the seafood itself has a salty taste. The white pepper powder is to reduce the fishy smell. In fact, this wild seafood is not fishy. I am a habitual action. The mirin can be replaced by cooking wine.

Chop the leeks and leave them to mix in the shrimp meat at the end, because the leeks will leak out after being left for a long time, which will affect the texture.

In addition, I only start making dumplings after taking care of the child at night. In order to not be so hard, I often use ready-made dumplings. Noodles, all kinds of noodles have been bought, the big dumplings that are suitable for northerners must buy northern dumplings.

There are not many leeks prepared this time, so I wrapped them with the remaining shrimp and minced meat separately. These can be reserved for breakfast. After all, the taste of leeks is not suitable for breakfast.
