Three Kinds of Silver Carp---fish Bone Soup

Ingredients are prepared.

Cut fish bones into cubes and cut frozen tofu into cubes.

Wash garlic and mince, and shred ginger.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger shreds and sauté.

Then add the fish bones, pour the cooking wine, and stir well.

Then add salt and water. After the heat is boiled, change to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add tofu and Laoganma, stir gently, cover with lid, and continue to boil for a while.

Finally, sprinkle in minced garlic and spicy powder. Stir thoroughly and serve.
Tips:
1. Put in frozen tofu and boil for a while, unlike soft tofu.
2. It feels like adding a little bit of spiciness to make fish soup, which can remove fishy, enhance flavor and appetite.
