Ingredients: fragrant snow powder: 200g, warm water: 110ml, carrot: 1 piece, dried tofu: 1 piece, coriander: 1 piece, vermicelli: 1 piece, mung bean vegetable: 2 taels, fermented bean curd: 1 piece, salt: 5 grams, Sesame oil: 1 scoop.

Mix 200g of Xiangxue powder with 110ml of warm water into a smooth dough, cover it with a warm cloth and let it stand for 30 minutes.

After cleaning the ingredients, shred carrots and dried tofu, cut coriander into sections (use only the coriander stalks), and cut the vermicelli into sections after soaking in warm water.

Stir-fry the shredded carrots with a small amount of oil and let cool. Put all the ingredients together, add the crushed fermented bean curd, salt, and sesame oil, and mix well.

Roll the rested dough into thin slices and cut into square dough pieces. Roll out the noodles as thinly as possible, so that the fried spring rolls are crispy.
