Tofu with Soy Sauce

1. ·Ingredients·
[Main ingredients] 1 piece of soft tofu|100g minced meat[Accessories]: 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce|1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce|2 tablespoons of soy sauce|a little bit of minced garlic|1 tablespoon of cooking wine|a little green onion

2. Heat 60% oil and stir-fry the minced meat.

3. Add 1 scoop of cooking wine, fry until the color changes and serve.

4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry tofu.

5. Fry on medium heat until golden on both sides and serve.

6. Save the oil and sauté the minced garlic and chopped green onion.

7. Add soybean paste and stir-fry well.

8. Pour 1 small cup of water and bring to a boil.

9. Pour in tofu and minced meat and bring to a boil again.

10. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and shake well

11. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
