Tom Yum Goong Soup

Clean the pot, pour a half pot of clean water, and boil on high heat!

Prepare the materials. The soup base is readily available. Wash and slice mushrooms. Shiitake mushrooms are dried shiitake mushrooms. Soak, wash and slice. Wash the spinach, and after buying the mushrooms, cut them and blanch them! This makes it easier to cook.

After the water boils. Add an appropriate amount of Tom Yum Goong soup base. Stir well and bring to a boil again.

Then add the materials. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for a while and cook.

Add spinach segments. Just cook for a while.

Throw a dried lemon slice. Cook for a while to increase the flavor! It's okay not to add it.

When the ingredients in the pot are cooked, they can be out of the pot!
