Tomato and Egg Hot Spicy Soup

Wash the tomatoes and peel them (make a cross with a knife on the top, then use boiling hot water for about half a minute, then rinse with cold water for easier peeling)

Diced tomatoes

Chopped green onion

Put a small amount of peanut oil in a pan to heat up, put the chopped green onion and sauté

Put the tomatoes and stir fry until the tomatoes are soft and juicy

Bring some water to a boil

Put half a bag of Hu spicy soup powder into a bowl and stir into a thin paste

Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir well

After the water is boiled, pour the mushy hot and spicy soup powder into the pot, stir with chopsticks or spoon until it boils again

Pour the egg liquid into the pot and stir with chopsticks (the egg flower formed by rapid stirring is small, while slow speed is larger)
