Tomato Daal

First press Urad DAL in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes, then the beans are cooked but not mushy

Heat oil + sunflower seeds and cumin seeds for 30 seconds

Then add ginger, garlic and onion

Add salt to make the onion soft, fry until the onion turns brown, then add turmeric powder and stir fry

Then add tomatoes and stir fry together

Just wait until the tomatoes and onions become soft and thick. Fry them on medium to low heat, otherwise the fire will burn. It can become like this after about 10 minutes of frying.

Add the white beans and stir well, then cook on a medium-low heat for half an hour until the water is less, the bean soup is somewhat thick, but do not dry out (you can add a proper amount of water and cook until the beans are flavorful and the bean soup becomes thicker)

Finally, add some salt and a little sugar to taste.
