Tomato Sausage Tube Noodles
1.
Put the disassembled sausages into the pan and fry them until all sides are caramelized. Without oil, the sausages will release enough oil. If you are using finished sausages, you need to add some olive oil. Prepare a pot of boiling water, use your largest pot, boil some more water, and add two tablespoons of salt (preferably sea salt). Preheat the oven to 200C.
2.
Add onion and stir fry until soft and slightly caramel-colored around the edges. Heat over medium-high. At the same time, put the tube noodles in boiling water, keep it boiling with the highest heat, stir it to prevent sticking to the bottom, cook 2min less than the packaging, or cook until you like the taste, pay attention to the later period and put it in the oven for a while.
3.
When the oil is hot enough, add the basil leaves and stir fry together for about 2 minutes.
4.
Pour the tomatoes into the pot, wait for it to boil again, and keep it for 2 minutes.
5.
Season with salt and black pepper, then pour the sauce into the roasting pan and heat it to a boil.
6.
Stir in the cooked pasta and cheese, pour in half a tablespoon (large tablespoon used in the pot) of the noodle soup, and stir thoroughly.
7.
Break the Mozzarella cheese and place it on the noodles, put it in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
8.
Serve it hot, and don’t forget to add basil leaves and its florets at the end to see who pulls longer cheese shreds! Also need a cold beer, haha enjoy la! ~
Tips:
*Freshly planed Parmesan cheese is the best choice. It depends on whether you like it for 12 months or 24 months. If you have more money on hand, just buy some good ones. There are too many flavors~
*There is also fresh Mozzarella cheese, which has a silky and elastic taste. Even if you break it directly and add organic tomatoes, virgin olive oil, good-quality black vinegar, sea salt and ground black pepper, one or two basil leaves are delicious!
