Ever since I ate the tomato stewed beef brisket downstairs in the rented street, YY at home has always been thinking about the taste, but now it’s really not so easy to eat it after thousands of miles away. Right. . .

Tomato Sirloin

1. Cut the sirloin into pieces, soak in cold water for about 30 minutes, and remove the blood

2. Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger and garlic

3. Put the tomatoes in a pot, pour boiling water, and scald the outer skin (this will be convenient when eating), then cut into pieces or tear them up by hand

4. Put the soaked sirloin in a pot under cold water, skim off the foam after boiling, remove and drain the water

5. Put oil in the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, aniseed and dried chili when the oil is hot and sauté

6. Then pour the sirloin, add cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir fry evenly

7. After the sirloin changes color, add boiling water (the boiling water should be less than the sirloin), and simmer for about 50 minutes.

8. Fry tomatoes in another pot, fry the red oil, add half a bowl of water to boil, pour into the sirloin pot

9. Add rock sugar, salt to taste, and continue to simmer for 30 minutes, until the sirloin is cooked through. (Keep some soup, soaked rice and noodles are super delicious)

10. Finally, pour the finished product into your beloved bowl, haha, can’t wait
