Tips:
1 Do not marinate the cod for too long. If there is salt in it for a long time, it will shrink and affect the taste, and the color of the cod will be a bit black
2 The formula for improving the flavor of the sauce must be remembered, it is the key to the success of this dish. This sauce is much better than steamed fish soy sauce
3 The cooking wine added to the steamer should be boiled to further deodorize the cod.
