Turkey Scrambled Eggs

Remove the seeds and chop the green bell peppers, remove the tomatoes and dice, beat the eggs slightly, and chop the red peppers.

Use a frying pan, 1200W hot pan for 1 minute, add olive oil, stir-fry fragrant red peppers for 30 seconds, turn to 800W, add green sweet peppers, stir fry for a while, simmer for 1 minute.
