Turkey Scrambled Eggs

1. Remove the seeds and chop the green bell peppers, remove the tomatoes and dice, beat the eggs slightly, and chop the red peppers.

2. Use a frying pan, 1200W hot pan for 1 minute, add olive oil, stir-fry fragrant red peppers for 30 seconds, turn to 800W, add green sweet peppers, stir fry for a while, simmer for 1 minute.

3. Add diced tomatoes, add thyme, stir-fry for 30 seconds, turn to 300W, cover and cook for 2 minutes, until the juice is almost dry.

4. Turn to 500W, pour in the egg liquid, cover for 1 minute, add salt to taste, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until cooked and dry.
