Buy a live tortoise, about 2 catties, raise it by yourself for a week, change the water for him every day, don't feed it.

A fresh local chicken, about 3 catties, after killing, do not have a caesarean section, remove the butt. Just open a mouth in the butt and clean the internal organs.

Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked in clean water for about 1 hour, changing the water 3 times in between. After soaking, clean them and set aside.
