Valentine's Cake
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius), put the cake baking paper into the mold, mix the cake flour, water, vegetable oil and egg white.
2.
Use the blender to send the mixture at low speed for 30 seconds, then medium speed for 2 minutes, until the batter is completely blown, and then fill the batter into the mold, filling 1/3 of the mold.
3.
Add 4 drops of red food coloring and dish coloring to the remaining white batter, stir the batter into pink, then pour 1/3 of the pink batter into the decorator and set aside.
4.
Add the coloring matter to the remaining pink batter until the batter completely turns red. Pour the red batter into the decorator and decorate it on the white cake base. Sprinkle the previous pink batter on the red batter to form a three-layer color cake model.
5.
Put the made cake model into the oven and bake it until the toothpick is inserted into the cake and then pulled out.
6.
Whip the cream and squeeze it on the baked cake with a plastic bag for decoration.
