Vinegar Shredded Cabbage

Prepare materials. Cut baby cabbage into thin strips, and cut dried chili into silk.

Heat up a frying pan, add chopped green onion, ginger, dried chili, and saute until fragrant.

Add shredded cabbage and stir fry until it becomes slightly soft

Add 1 teaspoon of sugar

Drizzle in Meijixian

Continue to stir-fry the rice vinegar evenly, add salt, chicken powder, and white pepper and stir well.
Tips:
Both Chinese cabbage and small baby cabbage are fine.
