Tips:
I like to eat crispy watercress for a longer time, and the pork should not be cooked too badly. It can be picked up when it is cooked so that it has a fresh and tender taste. The umami taste of dried oyster slices can penetrate the soup better. The dipping material can be homemade in the way that each family likes.
