Watermelon Pancakes

Crush the watermelon pulp a little with a spoon, and beat the eggs into a bowl for later use.

Add the flour to the watermelon juice and mix well. Add the egg liquid and mix well again.

After the oil in the pan is hot, pour the watermelon paste into the pan and flatten, and fry slowly.

Turn it over and fry it into such a burnt red!

Out of the pan, cut into small pieces for easy consumption.
