Wellington Steak

Beat the steak with a hammer to relax. spare.

Add a teaspoon of salt, crushed black pepper, and a little corn oil. Marinate for half a day.

Wash the mushrooms and onions and set aside.

All the mushrooms and onions are finely chopped.

Put oil in the pot, pour in the chopped mushrooms and onions, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry until there is no visible moisture.

In a pan, put an appropriate amount of butter. All melted.

Put the steak in the pan and cook for about 10 seconds on each side.

Spread a layer of mustard sauce while it is still hot.

Put bacon on the cling film, the width is based on the length of the steak. Spread mushrooms and onions evenly on top.

Put the steak in, roll it tightly, and put it in the freezer for half an hour to shape.

Wrap the steak tightly with two pieces of puff pastry.

Coat a layer of egg yolk liquid, and use a knife to make a few strokes on the surface.

Put it in the oven, preheat at 200 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes.

After baking, let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
