Winter Melon Soup

1 bowl of wax gourd juice, take an appropriate amount of sweet potato starch and water to bloom and set aside.

Prepare the right amount of dried grapes, dried berries and sugar.

Cut the winter melon slices.

Pour the ground fresh wax gourd juice into the pot to boil, then pour the wax gourd slices and sugar to cook the wax gourd.

Mix in dried grapes and dried berries.

Pour the evolved sweet potato starch and stir while pouring.
