Egg Flower Winter Melon Soup

Peel the winter melon and cut into small pieces.

1 bowl of winter melon juice.

1 egg liquid.

Pour the prepared winter melon juice into the soup pot, add the cut winter melon, add salt and cooking oil to cook.

Then pour the egg mixture into the pot of boiled winter melon and bring to a boil.
