Winter Melon with Orange Juice

Choose a smaller woolen wax gourd, and be careful not to prick your hands when choosing.

Peel off the skin, remove the seeds, wash and set aside.

Cut the winter melon into evenly-sized strips. Don't be too thick, otherwise the taste will be difficult to get in. Then put it in boiling water and cook for about one minute. Don't cook for too long and don't let the winter melon strips become soft.

This step is very important, that is, put the cooked winter melon in cold water and pull it out for 10 minutes, so that the winter melon will become crispy.

3 scoops of Guozhen are rinsed with 80° water. You don’t need too much water, just rinse it in a small bowl. The taste depends on the individual.

Then put the prepared Guozhen into a pot and boil on high heat, stirring constantly, until the bubbles become silky.

Because I don't want to wait for Guozhen to cool down naturally, I put the ice cubes frozen in advance into Guozhen to let it cool down quickly.

Put the cool Guozhen into the fresh-keeping box, and then dip the plucked winter melon strips in Guozhen, and close the lid tightly.

Put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, and then wait for the delicious food to appear.

According to your own preferences, you can creatively arrange the plate without limit and enjoy the delicious food. This is paired with small tomatoes!
