Yellow Peach Egg Tart

Mix 80ML full-fat evaporated milk and 80ML whipped cream, 30g granulated sugar, 10g custard powder, 3 egg yolks, 150g yellow peach, cut into small cubes.

Mix evaporated milk and whipped cream, add sugar, stir evenly, simmer until the sugar is completely melted, and then remove from the heat when it is boiling.

Let it cool slightly, add the beaten egg yolks, and mix well.

Sift in 10 grams of custard powder and mix well.
