Yellow Rice Yumoto

Mix rose paste, cooked rice flour, brown sugar, and white sesame seeds to form a filling.

Add the rhubarb rice noodles to the cooked glutinous rice paste and mix well. (Cooked glutinous rice paste is steamed with glutinous rice flour and water to form a thick paste)

Take a piece of yellow rice and glutinous rice noodles and shape them into small nests.

Fill in the filling.

Boil it in the soup with Chinese wolfberry and longan.
