Yogurt Mousse Cake

Yogurt, sugar, lemon juice powder are ready.

Mix the three evenly. refrigeration.

Add 5 grams of gelatin skin to 35 grams of water, soak hair. Add to the microwave for 10 seconds, until the gelatine slices have melted.

Whip the whipped cream until the lines appear, basically 2 volume.

Add the melted gelatine to the mixture in step 2, mix well, and refrigerate until it is slightly solidified, close to the softness of the whipped cream. Stir the whipped cream into the mixture and stir evenly with a spatula.

Cut off the edges of the sponge cake slices and put them into a 6-inch movable bottom mold.

Pour in the mixed mousse and keep it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.

After solidification, put the mold on the cup and wrap the mold with a hot towel to release the mold. Decorate. carry out.
