Zongzi Turned into Shaomai

After taking the rice dumplings out of the refrigerator, steam them thoroughly in a steamer (this product only uses half of the rice dumplings in the pot).

Place sweet beans, corn, carrots and diced carrots in a Taogui container and submerge it with water.

Heat the sweet beans in the microwave for three minutes on high heat to "cook" the sweet beans.

Drain the "cooked" sweet beans and corn for later use.

The steamed rice dumplings are hulled and put in a container.

Put on disposable gloves, mix the zongzi and sweet bean corn 🌽 evenly, and at the same time crush the "meat" in the zongzi.

Use a rolling pin to roll out the dumpling skin you bought to a large size, as shown in the picture.

Tips:
Don’t worry about the dry skin of the dumplings you buy. The zongzi is very sticky and can stick to it.
