【90】🔥lazy Three Sauce Stew Pot/sea, Land and Air Stew Pot

1. ☑️Vegetarian dishes: carrots, potatoes, sweet corn, enoki mushrooms, old tofu (cut into small pieces, and fry in a hot pan without oil until golden on each side). You can also put onions, sweet potatoes, and celery at home.

☑️[Lu]: pork belly, beef, chicken wings (scratch a few knives, add cooking wine + salt + light soy sauce + 4 slices of ginger marinade, marinate after finishing the following steps)

☑️[Sea]: Jiwei shrimp. There are crab sticks, fish roe buns, squid, bullfrogs, and fish fillets at home.

☑️[Empty]: Quail eggs

2. ☑️ 2 heads of garlic + 2 green peppers

☑️Three sauces: 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2.5 tablespoons of fresh soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sweet noodle sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of fresh vegetables, 1 tablespoon of starch, mix well.

3. Put vegetarian vegetables + garlic cloves + green peppers into a large bowl, add 2 tablespoons of oil + 1-2g salt + chili noodles, and mix well.

4. ☑️Add slightly more oil (butter/corn oil) than stir-frying in the pan, add the vegetable and stir-fry flat.
