A Simple Way to Extract Chlorophyll

Wash and chop fresh spinach.

Add salt and marinate for half a day.

Rub it a few times with your hands to make it ooze more juice.

Squeeze the spinach juice with a clean sand cloth. Vegetable leaves can also be used to make dumplings or make other things, so don't throw them away.

Strain the Lai juice three times with a strainer.

Put the filtered Lai juice in a pot and heat it to a boil and turn off the heat. The chlorophyll has all floated up, and there is clear water underneath, separated clearly.

Remove the foam, and filter out the chlorophyll floating on it with a filter.

1 After squeezing the spinach juice, be sure to strain the hawthorn. 2 No need to add water.
