Abalone and Potatoes

                                Live abalone shelled.

                                Cut potatoes into pieces.

                                The abalone is changed to a cross knife, and the potatoes are deep-fried with high oil temperature separately until the surface is shaped.

                                Without cooking, add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste, set the mouthful, and stir-fry.

                                Pour into the pressure cooker, press for 5 minutes, and just light the chopped green onion.
