Abalone and Rice

1. Prepare all the ingredients. I shelled the abalone in advance, and washed the vegetables for later use. The fresh abalone processing method has been posted before, you can search for "scallion abalone" in my recipe, and I won’t repeat it here.

2. Cut the scallion into 6 cm pieces, cut in the middle and don’t cut it off, so that it tastes a little bit better

3. Abalone is cut with a knife on both sides, one is cut into 4 pieces, and the other is kept intact

4. Cut carrots into thin slices and emboss with a mold, just slice directly without tools

5. After the water is boiled, add a drop of salad oil, put the broccoli and boil for 1 minute, then add the carrots and boil for 1 minute, pick up

6. Boil another pot of boiling water. After the water is boiled, put the abalone package directly into the water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, so that the boiled abalone juice is sticky

7. Iberian skinless pork belly slices cut into 1 cm strips
