Abalone and Rice

Prepare all the ingredients. I shelled the abalone in advance, and washed the vegetables for later use. The fresh abalone processing method has been posted before, you can search for "scallion abalone" in my recipe, and I won’t repeat it here.

Cut the scallion into 6 cm pieces, cut in the middle and don’t cut it off, so that it tastes a little bit better

Abalone is cut with a knife on both sides, one is cut into 4 pieces, and the other is kept intact

Cut carrots into thin slices and emboss with a mold, just slice directly without tools

After the water is boiled, add a drop of salad oil, put the broccoli and boil for 1 minute, then add the carrots and boil for 1 minute, pick up

Boil another pot of boiling water. After the water is boiled, put the abalone package directly into the water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, so that the boiled abalone juice is sticky

Iberian skinless pork belly slices cut into 1 cm strips

After heating the pan, add the pork belly and explode the oil

Add cooking wine, sliced ginger and green onion and stir fry until fragrant

Add abalone and stir fry for 30 seconds

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, 50ml purified water

Cover and boil on low heat for 2 minutes

Buckle a rice in a bowl

Pick out the green onion and ginger slices

Pour in the abalone juice that has been boiled for 10 minutes

Stir evenly, turn off the heat

Put the abalone cubes and minced pork belly on the side of the rice first, drizzle some of the abalone juice

Put the whole abalone and vegetables on the side, then drizzle some abalone juice, and finally sprinkle a little white sesame on the rice

Mix well and eat, the rice becomes very delicious
