1. Peel off the beautiful garlic skin! Leaving the skin near the garlic

2. Cut off the top of the garlic to expose as much as possible of the garlic flesh

3. Sprinkle olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and rosemary evenly on the surface of garlic in sequence. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Cover the surface with tin foil to prevent excessive water loss in the first 30 minutes, then remove it after 20 minutes.
