Acanthopanax Senticosus with Water Tempeh

Remove the old stems and leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus and wash them in water.

Put the washed Acanthopanax senticosus in a pot of boiling water, blanch for one minute, and then rinse in cold water.
3.
Put a piece of garlic and a small piece of ginger in a stone mortar to make a puree.
4.
Prepare some water tempeh, and put the mashed garlic into the water tempeh.
5.
Add some soy sauce.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of paprika and mix well.
7.
Put the flushed Acanthopanax senticosus into a large bowl.
8.
Pour in water tempeh, mix and serve.
Tips:
1. Water tempeh contains more salt and MSG. This dish can be used without salt and MSG or with less.
2. The blanching time of Acanthopanax senticosus should not be too long, just cut off.
