Almond Milk
1.
Wash almonds and soak in water. (Generally, it is enough to soak for 1 hour. I made it this morning. It is too late to soak in the morning, so put it in the refrigerator overnight)
2.
Add water to the almonds and use a food processor to make a slurry, and filter out the dregs.
3.
Turn on medium and low heat and start cooking almond milk.
4.
Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, boil until it boils, and the rock sugar melts.
5.
Drink while hot.
