Almond Milk Tea

Ingredients: 10 grams of sweet almonds, 250 grams of pure milk, 1 packet of lychee flavored black tea bag, 5 grams of white sugar, 150 ml of water.

Put the almonds and white sugar into the flour mixer.

Beat repeatedly, as much as possible into a fine powder, set aside.

Open the package, put the tea bag in a small pot, and add water.

Set the heat to a boil, then turn to a low heat and cook until the color of the tea soup is stable.

Take out the tea bag.

Pour the beaten almond icing sugar into the black tea soup.

Add milk.

Boil on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour into a cup and place a few small almonds on the surface as a decoration.
Tips:
When making tea, the fire should not be too high to prevent the water from being quickly dried.
After adding the milk, keep stirring to avoid overflowing the pot or mashing the bottom of the pot.
The amount of almonds can be increased or decreased according to your taste preferences.
