Almond Milk Tea

Soak the sweet almonds.

Milk, rock sugar.

Glutinous rice flour, sweet-scented osmanthus.

Put the almonds and 250 grams of milk into the blender.

Grind finely, grinding several times.

Mix almond milk with glutinous rice flour.

Add 100 grams of water and rock sugar to the pot and cook slowly over medium heat until the rock sugar is completely melted, pour the mixed almond pulp into the pot.

Boil on low heat, stir while boiling, about a few minutes, it will become a paste, the smooth and delicious almond tea is ready, and you can top with a little sugar osmanthus when eating.
Tips:
1. You can also filter the almond glutinous rice juice, and then pour it into the pot, so that the taste is more tender and smooth, but it is a bit wasteful, I didn't filter it, and it didn't make much difference to drink it.
2. Almond tea must be cooked thoroughly.
